The word "kindergarten" is derived from two German words, which are "kinder" and "Garten". When these two words are translated into English, 

"kinder" means "children" and "Garten" means "garden". Therefore, kindergarten can mean the "garden of children" kindergarten is like a mental garden where children plant words (seeds) to create their reality.

This is why they place their teachers in the school to learn and be to be shaped there way and not God's way.
