Psalm 23

The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.

“Lord I thank you that You are my shepherd! I know that you will lead me in the pathways that I should go in. I ask you to help me to take the right paths, make the right decisions and stay away from anything that would be harmful or unprofitable to me and my family. I pray that I would know your will always. I ask you to open the right doors of opportunity for me, and close the wrong doors. Give me unmistakable signs of your will and make my spiritual ears in perfect tune to your voice. Keep me from evil, I have no reason to ever fear. I resist fear in Jesus’ name. You favor and provide for me, regardless of the actions of my enemies. You fill my life with prosperity. You fill me daily with the Holy Spirit. My joy is full. Thank you for following me with your goodness and having mercy on me. I will dwell in Your House all the days of my life!”
